 Analysis of the quality of grain cleaning conditions and family work in the CIS countries shows that currently about 90% of grain cleaning complexes put into operation in the period of the 1970s and 1980s, with the use of air-screen separators of the ZVS-10, ZVS-20, OVS-25, etc. types, which have exhausted their resource, are physically and morally obsolete in terms of technological indicators, in the future require replacement and reconstruction using modern technological equipment.

 

 KOM-20 and KOM-50 equipment complexes with the use of separators of the new generation of vibro-centrifugal technology ZVC- 25 and ZVTS-50 (of the A1-BCS-100 type of elevator separators) produced by our company, are designed specifically for reconstruction (replacement equipment) on grain cleaning units of the ZAV- type 20(40) and CCS.

 

 Grain vibrocentrifugal separator, analogues that do not exist in the world, mod. ZVC-25(50) capacity of 25 and 50 tons/hour, respectively, successfully performs operations of preliminary and primary cleaning of grain in one pass with high productivity and quality, meeting modern requirements of GOST for food grain. As a result of the reconstruction of the grain cleaning units, they receive a new life, which means an improvement of all technological indicators, i.e. an increase in efficiency, a decrease in energy consumption, an increase in the quality of cleaning, reduced dimensions, a reduction in the maintenance of personnel and technological transport, and an improvement in working conditions.

 

 Reconstructed unit with built-in trier units allows the availability of fake seed quality with material purity of 99.0 — 99.7%, which meets international standards.

 

 Our enterprises developed, manufactured, repaired and successfully operated seed cleaning workshops on basic farms of the Odesa Breeding and Genetic Institute of the Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, which in as a result of the tests, they are recommended for use by the elite and the first reproduction. These workshops have the same indicators as the workshops of the best foreign companies, as well as the quality and price, which are more affordable for enterprises of the CIS countries.

 

 The price of equipment and spare parts produced by our company is 5-7 times lower compared to manufacturers far abroad. The payback of the equipment is 0.5-1.5 years, depending on the configuration.Given these circumstances, that a significant part of the grain cleaning units has become unusable in parts of the load-bearing metal structures, and there is also a need for construction grain cleaners on new place, our enterprise has developed and creates these ZOK-50(20) grain cleaners. It includes a set of metal structures with storage hoppers, a control panel and a complex of KOM-50(20) equipment. This allows any order to receive a turnkey stationary grain cleaning unit from scratch with connection to structural mechanisms, warehouses, storage and other peripheral objects.
