WHAT IS A MECHANISED GRAIN PILE?

 

The structurally mechanized backfill pit consists of a metal storage hopper on a frame, technologically connected from the bottom along the entire length with a scraper conveyor, and flaps that regulate the supply of grain to the conveyor.</p >

 

A backfill pit is made from sheet galvanized steel. The location of the sheets of the receiving hopper relative to each other must be performed at an angle of at least 45°. This will ensure the unimpeded movement of the grain flow under the weight of its own weight through the hopper to the conveyor. You can control the amount of grain fed to the conveyor with the help of special valves.

 

The length of the landfill pit is calculated taking into account the maximum length of the body of the unloaded vehicle and is from 5 to 25 meters, which allows you to receive all the grain material at once and distribute it evenly over the receiving area bunker for further transportation without delays to the complex.

 

The construction of a grain receiving point, which includes a mechanized backfill pit, is also equipped with a canopy and a ramp for the entry of motor vehicles, as well as an optional auto-unloader.
