Principle of operation of a grain cleaning complex

 


 The profitability of agribusiness depends on the quality of the products. The harvested grain crop must be cleaned, processed and stored strictly according to technological standards. Cleaned and dried grain is stored for a long time, pests and various microorganisms do not breed in it. To obtain high-quality grain products, it is necessary to equip special grain cleaning complexes.

 

 ZAVs differ in their equipment and speed of grain processing (tons per hour). The type, dimensions and equipment of the grain cleaning complex are selected depending on the scale of the activity and the types of products being processed. The standard unit consists of the main metal structure - a building with stairs and a bunker, a filling pit, separators and other equipment.

 

 ZAV - is a closed-cycle production line, which carries out preliminary, primary and secondary processing of grain, beans, oilseeds. KZZ is a combined grain cleaning complex, which is additionally equipped with a drying unit.

 

How grain cleaning complexes of different types work:

 

 Separates grains, legumes and oilseeds from impurities (unripe, damaged, sprouted grains, weeds, sand, soil, etc.). This is the preliminary stage of cleaning. This process increases the flowability of the grain, improves the movement of products in the grain dryer.

 

 Cleans the grain (primary stage). Grain is separated and sorted in air-screening equipment.

 

The grain is cleaned again (secondary stage). Secondary cleaning units sort the mass by fractions and grades, large and small impurities. As a result, impurities are almost completely separated, resulting in the highest quality grain crop.

 

ZAV prepares grain for further storage, transports cleaned products inside the complex or its boundaries.
